I've used Hayloft several times and would definitely use them again. The plants are very healthy, beautifully packaged, and have thrived in my garden. I like the way the plants come with a little note saying who has packed them. It makes them seem a friendly, family company and that the customer really matters.

It's the first time I've had any luck with bare root plants. These arrived well packaged, but the bare roots looked as though they wouldn't amount to anything. I followed the instructions and planted them up and they have absolutely flourished! Great quality. I have had loads of flowers during this 1st year. Thoroughly recommend.

Healthy plants, arrived in good time and beautifully packaged with no plastic (apart from the pots but I will re-use them). Will definitely be ordering from hayloft again.

I have been buying plants, bulbs & seeds, from Hayloft for a number of years now, approximately 5/6 years. I have never had to complain once. Their packaging and prompt service is first class.

Waiting patiently for the flowers to emerge.
Only 50% success with my planting, but cannot blame Hayloft for that. Perhaps too idle to 'pot on' before planting out my Phlox seedlings. They arrived well packed and shooting. Growing plants look very healthy, so fingers crossed

Received several lots of plants from adverts in the Saga magazine.In the first instance was a little disappointed with their growth progress.After phoning Hayloft I was given lots of tips and some replacement plants, and now they are all doing very well.Thanks again for the excellent service.

Always received exceptional service, items delivered on time specified, any plants which were dead or dying were replaced completely free of charge with no extra carriage costs.
You will have to go a long way to find a better service and customer care from any retailer whether in store or online and for that reason I will continue to purchase from the Hayloft Girls.

I was lured into Hayloft by an email saying they had perennial plants at £6. I ordered 3 Astrantia at £12 each. For that price I was expecting them in large pots, ready to plant out. When they arrived I was very disappointed ...they were in 4" pots, with no sign of flowers & certainly not garden ready. I think £12 for a pot that size is ridiculous! Plus postage of course. I have emailed, offering to pay £6 each & asking for a refund. I'm still waiting. I feel I've been 'had'.
